THE MISSION OF THE ROGERS DANCE TEAM BOOSTER CLUB IS TO PROVIDE ENTHUSIASTIC SUPPORT TO OUR DANCERS. OUR SUPPORT IS SHOWN THROUGH THE VOLUNTEERING OF OUR TIME, ORGANIZING FUNDRAISERS AND CONTRIBUTING RAISED FUNDS TO BETTER ENHANCE OUR TEAM'S PERFORMANCE. ALL ROGERS DANCE TEAM PARENTS AND GUARDIANS ARE MEMBERS OF THE RDT BOOSTER CLUB.
Fire Ups are a fun way for RDT families to encourage and support each dancer. A group of parents will meet to plan and create a small "care package" for each dancer. This care package is delivered to the high school the morning of a competition.
Team Dinners are held at a RDT member's house on Friday nights before a competition. All dancers and coaches are invited and encouraged to attend. The host is only responsible to provide a location, paper products and clean up. All RDT parents need to sign up to bring food to each Team Dinner Night. Food brought should be ready to serve!
