Megan Kemmetmueller - Assistant Coach
Megan began dancing in 5th grade when she joined Just For Kix- Elk River. In 8th grade, she became a member of the Rogers Dance Team and danced on the team until graduation in 2015. During her years on the team RDT won 4 conference championships, made a state appearance in AA kick and jazz, and Megan was selected for All State Jazz her senior year.
After high school Megan retired her dancing shoes and went to college at the University of St. Thomas. After a few years there, she decided to transfer to North Dakota State University in 2017. Upon transferring, Megan decided to come out of retirement and made the nationally ranked NDSU Bison Dance Team and was on the team until graduating in 2019. She competed in D1 Pom and Hip Hop at the UDA nationals in Orlando FL. The biggest highlight being placing 3rd in the D1 Pom category.
Megan says "I learned so much from my experience on a college team and it changed my life and perspective on being an athlete and what it takes to be successful. I was inspired to start coaching by my own coach and how much she had an impact on me and started my coaching career for a local Fargo school, and took them to their first ever 4th place finish in Kick at state." When she isn't coaching Megan is working full time in Accounting, spending time with her husband and friends/family, working out, being a dog mom to her puppy Ace, and watching her favorite shows. Megan has big goals for this team and can’t wait to share her passion and knowledge with these girls and hopefully inspire them to reach their own goals!!

Haleigh attended UW-Stout and received her degree in Special Education and went on to attend Arizona State University and earned a Master’s Degree in Family and Human Development. While working in her first teaching placement she began coaching dance and was the head coach of that team for 5 years until a move brought her closer to the Rogers area. Haleigh currently works as a severe/profound teacher at Cooper High School with special needs students. She joined the coaching staff of RDT in the 2019-20 season as the B-Squad coach and has most recently been the head JV coach and assistant to varsity kick.
